way around it. Oaklands Mill is a limited company that was formed in
july 1999 and is about to enter its tenth trading year. As the company's
Director, I have over 26 years experience in the building trade, almost
all of this time has been spent producing loft conversions.
We offer many different services,
but specialise in the art of designing and building loft conversions.
We offer the complete package, from designing the proposed work, right
through to completion. We are happy to work from drawings supplied
by yourselves if you want us to. We undertake work in various areas
including COVENTRY, BEDWORTH, NUNEATON, RUGBY, LEAMINGTON SPA, WARWICK,
STRATFORD and many more areas.
Other areas of work undertaken include extensions,
garage conversions, bathroom reburbishments, re-roofing etc with all
work undertaken (no matter how big or small) treated with the same
dedication and care.
We carry public liability insurance
currently fixed at £5,000,000 and employers liability insurance
currently fixed at £10,000,000. All my staff are fully employed,
qualified tradesmen, friendly and approachable. While working in your
home we will treat it with the utmost respect and make the experience
as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
We are also members of the Federation of Master Builders
(FMB) and
have been a member for the last seven years. All our work is fully guaranteed.
